Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle (end-to-end processes).
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including full use of ZIMRA TARMS.
• Handle statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, QPDs, etc.).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis to guide management decisions.

Skills/Tags

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Prior experience in an SME environment is highly desirable.
