Job Description
Nhemachickens is a dynamic poultry enterprise committed to excellence in poultry production and customer satisfaction. The company is seeking a Client Reception & Receipting Officer who is passionate about customer service and business operations, with strong communication and organizational skills, to join its fast-growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and attending to clients professionally.
- Issuing receipts accurately and maintaining proper records.
- Handling cash, mobile payments, and reconciliations.
- Responding to customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins).
- Coordinating orders and assisting with dispatch processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Sales or Marketing.
- At least 5 O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an added advantage.

- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy including Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic systems.
