Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Officer, the Clerk – Human Resources will support human resources activities within mining operations. The role focuses on employee records management, recruitment support, compliance processing, and general administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain up-to-date employee personal files.
  • Assist with job postings, schedule interviews, and coordinate site induction for new employees.
  • Assist in processing monthly returns for NSSA, MIPF, PAYE, and ZIMDEF.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR queries regarding policies and medical aid.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel records ensuring all required documents are up to date.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle correspondence with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
