Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons within the Harare Community to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant which has arisen within Judicial Service Commission. The Commission is a dynamic organization that comprises of competent and professional staff. The vacancy is at JSC-Secretariat.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process all leave applications.
- Produce monthly returns - manpower, wastage and staff.
- Update personal files.
- Draft Correspondences.
- Assist in recruitment and selection of staff.
- Interpret regulations and circulars to employees.
- Supporting performance management processes.
- Process resignations, transfers, terminations and relief requests from stations.
- Update Human Resources Registers.
- Attend to any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University or a Bachelor of Social Science Degree coupled with a National Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- At least one year proven working experience.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Packages.
