Job Description

Zapalala Supermarkets is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll inputs, and support HR development initiatives within a fast-growing retail chain.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Oversee employee relations including disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR administration.
Prepare and manage payroll inputs.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Support performance management systems and staff appraisals.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
Knowledge of Belina Payroll is an added advantage.
