Job Description

Lobels Bread is inviting applications for the position of ICT Officer based in Bulawayo. Reporting to the ICT Manager and Finance Manager, the role focuses on providing ICT user support, maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure ERP (Sage X3) uptime through regular maintenance and backup.
Provide ERP (Sage X3) support and training to internal clients.
Offer helpdesk support to all internal users.
Maintain and repair computer hardware and equipment.
Carry out software installations and ensure systems are up to date.
Monitor and maintain the network to prevent breaches.
Draft annual IT budgets factoring in forecasted costs.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers.
Maintain company VPN and ensure connectivity to depots.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledge of networking and database management.
Knowledge of Sage X3 ERP system.
System analysis and design skills.
Network administration experience.

Reporting to the ICT Manager and Finance Manager.
