Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock level management.
• Support procurement team with administrative tasks.

Skills/Tags

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 O Level subjects including English.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in procurement stores or supply chain roles.
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
