Job Description
Leengate is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Graduate Trainee to support construction cost management activities including measurements cost reporting and payment certification while gaining practical experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in taking off quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Assist in preparation of Interim Payment Certificates based on verified measures.
- Support updating of cost reports with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Conduct joint measurements with subcontractors and site foremen.

Qualifications & Experience
- Currently studying towards or recently completed a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or Engineering.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Assertiveness and ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take instruction from senior staff.
