Job Description

Compulink Systems (Private) Limited, a privately owned information communication technology company headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe, is looking to add a Retail Sales Assistant to their professional team. The role involves serving customers professionally, advising on ICT technologies, handling cashiering duties, and supporting branch revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with Branch Manager to achieve branch targets.
Serve customers professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle cashiering duties with 100% accuracy in daily cash reconciliation and transaction handling.
Advise customers on available ICT product lines.
Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.
Participate in all scheduled product and customer service training sessions.
Contribute to inventory checks, merchandising, and operational tasks.
Maintain professional conduct with zero tolerance for ethical breaches or cash-handling errors.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related.
2 years of proven experience as a Sales Assistant preferably in ICT or technology-driven sectors.
Experience in using ERP systems such as Odoo and SAP.

ICT product knowledge.
Accurate cashiering skills.
Effective communication skills.
