Job Description

Eaglesvale Christian Co Educational Senior School is inviting applications for the position of Senior School Deputy Head at executive level responsible for supporting leadership academic direction and school wide operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist and deputise the Head of the school.
Implement organisational policies and strategies.
Manage and oversee academic staff performance.
Support academic vision and strategic direction of the school.
Work with the Head to establish strategic goals.
Administer Cambridge Examinations.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or certification in Secondary Education.
Bachelor of Education degree from a recognised institution.
Masters degree in a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience in independent or trust schools at senior management level.
High level of computer literacy.
Sound knowledge of Cambridge Examinations.
Mature Christian of good standing.
