Job Description

Padanda Resort is looking for a reliable and professional Resort Administrator to oversee daily operations, manage guest bookings and relationships, and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. Free accommodation at the resort is provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure the resort is well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Monitor guest feedback and make improvements as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Plan and coordinate special events and activities.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance and development.
  • Goal and results oriented.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
