Job Description
Cimas Health Group is seeking a Wellness Coach to deliver and promote holistic wellness solutions to members and the wider community in line with organisational objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness coaching sessions for individuals and corporates.
- Support chronic disease management through monitoring education and follow up.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on screening outcomes.
- Coordinate referrals and follow ups with healthcare providers.
- Deliver wellness presentations and health talks at corporate events.
- Provide psychological assessments and counselling services.
- Design and implement mental health programmes for corporates and individuals.

Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Degree in Health Sciences or Psychology.
- Certificate in Wellness Coaching is recommended.
- Minimum 2 years experience in wellness advisory services.
