Job Description
Lorimak Africa is seeking a Farm Supervisor based in Chivhu to oversee daily farm operations, including crop production and livestock care. The role involves managing farm workers, maintaining farm resources, and ensuring productivity, safety, and efficient farm performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, and livestock care.
- Manage and allocate tasks to farm workers, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Monitor crop and/or livestock health and implement basic pest and disease control.
- Maintain farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
- Keep records of inputs, production, and labour.
- Ensure proper use of farm inputs (seed, fertilizer, feed) and control stock.
- Enforce health, safety, and security procedures on the farm.
- Report regularly to the Farm Owner/Manager on farm performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in farm operations.

- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Valid driver's license.
