Job Description

Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage financial records bookkeeping and administrative operations ensuring accurate financial management and efficient day to day running of the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage invoices payments reconciliations petty cash and assist with payroll.
  • Prepare and submit tax and statutory returns.
  • Provide administrative and office support.
  • Prepare reports presentations and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients vendors and service providers.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support general office administration and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping including QuickBooks Online.

  • Good problem solving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
