Crediconnect is hiring a Freelance Agent to grow business, acquire customers, and support loan processing while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify market potential and grow the business profile to ensure financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Participate in conducting research to understand customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Prepare all documentation related to loan applications and disbursement according to guidelines.
File all documents for prospective and current customers.
Facilitate disbursements according to laid down procedures.
Monitor client accounts and provide feedback and post-disbursement support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Record customer complaints and compliments and ensure timely resolution.
Perform counselling of clients to maintain relationships during difficult periods.
