Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify market potential and grow the business profile to ensure financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in conducting research to understand customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare all documentation related to loan applications and disbursement according to guidelines.
• File all documents for prospective and current customers.
• Facilitate disbursements according to laid down procedures.
• Monitor client accounts and provide feedback and post-disbursement support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Record customer complaints and compliments and ensure timely resolution.
