Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Supervise staff, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate procurement, and minimize stock variances.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations Retail Manager.
• Implement ERP systems and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff in product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate operational and compliance documentation.

Skills/Tags

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) are an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in branch management, preferably in ICT or technology-driven sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, analytical ability, communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
