Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Assistant Executive Officer Human Resources and Administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters and update employee records.
  • Assist in communication of policies and employee related information.
  • Facilitate training and development of employees and unions.
  • Implement and comply with administration policies and procedures
  • Handle pay administration

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences with bias towards HR.
  • At least two years post qualification experience.
  • Knowledge of Belina Payroll system and payroll systems.
  • Clean Class 4 Driver's License.
  • Zimbabwean citizen.
  • Membership of a recognized professional body.
  • Not more than 50 years old.
