Job Description

To assist with the provision of human resource management services to management and staff of the company. This includes HR advisory and support services such as HR administration, policies and procedures, recruitment, staff development and succession planning, employee welfare, employee wellness and industrial relations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting jobs screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation paperwork and integration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries mediate conflicts and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and internal company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Master of Business Administration and professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
