Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Assistant Executive Officer Human Resources and Administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters and update employee records.
- Assist in communication of policies and employee related information.
- Facilitate training and development of employees and unions.
- Implement and comply with administration policies and procedures
- Handle pay administration

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences with bias towards HR.
- At least two years post qualification experience.
- Knowledge of Belina Payroll system and payroll systems.
- Clean Class 4 Driver's License.
- Zimbabwean citizen.
- Membership of a recognized professional body.
- Not more than 50 years old.
